Frognerbadet Open-Air Public Bath
Oslo, NorwayFrognerbadet is partially open from 20 May 2021. Please note that tickets must be purchased in advance via badebillett.no. You book a fixed timeslot, and the ticket is limited to one of two sections of the complex.
Regular season passes and other multi-day tickets are not valid until the end of the pandemic. Outdoor swimming pool complex with two 50-metre pools, a children's pool, water slide and a diving tower. Located next to Vigeland Sculpture Park, Frognerbadet has enjoyed a special place in the lives of Oslo's population ever since it opened in 1956.
The pool is only open in summer, and the water temperature is kept at 25 degrees Celsius (77 degress Fahrenheit). Locker rooms, Cafe and snack bar. Slightly higher entry prices on weekends. Please note that the Oslo Pass does not give free entrance to Frognerbadet in 2021.
Between 27 August and 16 September, only the upper 50-metre pool is open.
