About this experience

The Petroglyphs at Bogge are a must-see for anyone visiting Fjord Norway. Located in the municipality of Alstahaug, the petroglyphs are a collection of ancient rock carvings dating back to the Bronze Age.

The site is believed to have been used as a place of worship and the carvings are thought to represent gods and goddesses. The petroglyphs are incredibly well-preserved and can be seen from the nearby road. There is also a small museum nearby which explains the history of the petroglyphs and provides more information about the site.

The Petroglyphs at Bogge are a unique and fascinating insight into the past and should not be missed when visiting Fjord Norway.
