The Hobro Runestone is a unique historical monument located in the small town of Hobro in northern Denmark.

Dating back to the 9th century, it is one of the oldest runestones in the country and is believed to have been erected by the Viking King Gorm the Old.

The runestone is made of granite and is inscribed with runes, which tell the story of a Viking chieftain who died in battle.

The runestone stands at a height of 2.5 meters and is a popular tourist attraction in the area. Visitors can explore the site and learn more about the history of the Viking era.
