Stoneywish Nature Reserve
South East England, EnglandStoneywish is a 50-acre nature reserve. Lying within sight of the South Downs, this former dairy farm has developed into a patchwork of different wildlife habitats. The woodland, pondside and meadow walks all have a wealth of plant and bird life. We have a smallholding with free-range farm animals and shaker-style herb garden plus a spacious play/picnic area. The perfect place for an interesting and inspiring family visit. There is full disabled access to the shop, which sells gifts, cold drinks and snacks, together with designated parking at the entrance and an easy-access disabled toilet. An all-ability path takes visitors around the entire reserve. The only gate to negotiate is at the entrance to the nature reserve and the catch is at an accessible height. Stoneywish offers free entrace to carers for disabled customers. Please do not hesitate to ask if any special assistance is required. We are open every day throughout the summer and offer a warm welcome to all. Camping is available.
