Your driver will be from Belfast and will give you a fascinating insight and experience of living in Belfast during 'The Troubles'.
Leaving Belfast, we will travel to the Giants Causeway along the direct route (Approx 1hr 15 mins) - stopping briefly at Dunluce Castle on route. With it's spectacular location perched on the edge of the dramatic coastal cliffs of the North Antrim Coast - Dunluce is definitely one of Irelands most picturesque and romantic castles.
A few minutes after Dunluce Castle, we will arrive at the iconic Giants Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and for many the highlight of the tour.. Here you will have plenty of time to explore the unique hexagonal rock formations and learn about the local myths and legends of the Irish Giant 'Finn McCool'.
After the Causeway, we will continue for around 10 miles along the stunning Causeway Coast to the viewpoint for the Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge, where on a clear day you can also enjoy spectacular views along the Coast and across to Scotland - before we head back to Belfast for a visit to the Titanic Belfast experience.
You will then have around 2 hours to explore the world leading Titanic Belfast exhibition. Located beside the Titanic Slipways, Titanic Belfast tells the story of Titanic from her conception, through her construction and launch, to her maiden voyage and subsequent place in history.
We will already have packed a lot in today - but if time permits - you may want to finish the day off at one of Belfast's other great attractions - the Iconic Crown Liquor Salon! The Crown is a unique and historic 1820's pub in Belfast famed for its decor, with Carved-mahogany booths, etched-glass, plus gas lamps.
Your driver will then drop you back to your preferred cruise ship terminal, bus/rail station or Accommodation.
