After pick up we will head to one of our many favourite locations for snowshoeing.

Our guide will show you how to use and wear traditional snowshoes and there will be poles for you to use as well during the excursion.

You will be guided through snowy wintery forests or frozen lakes and we will stop for photos and for enjoying the scenery whenever you feel like it.

We will stay off the beaten track, since traditional wooden snowshoes do not require ready-made trails for using them.

During our 2-hour excursion we will keep an eye out for any animal tracks and traces, and might even spot a few ptarmigan!

Our guide will tell you about the area you are in, the forest biome and fauna that inhabit it.
