A period of relaxation in the sauna feels good after a long hike in the mountains or on a wet and cold day.

One tip is to go for a short run and a dip in Lovatnet lake when your body is heated through. Check the notice board at the campsite to see when the sauna is heated.

On request, it can also be heated outside the regular hours.
