Bird watching with guide

The wilderness around Oppdal is known for it’s ecological diversity. With access to native forests, wetlands and mountains, it is possible to find many species of birds within a relatively concentrated area.

Attached is a list of species that are possible to find in Oppdal and the surounding areas. On these bird tours there is no guarantees that we see the species you are looking for, but the guide will be out early in the season to spot and identify occurrences as well as possible.

If you want to come a certain date/period , we can present a proposal with the species that may be possible to see during the time you are here. If you want to come for one or more particular species, we can create a list of species that might be possible to locate in this timeperiod.
