La Fondation Hëllef fir d’Natur, established in 1982 by natur&ëmwelt, is dedicated to safeguarding Luxembourg’s rich biodiversity and natural landscapes. For over 40 years, the foundation has been actively working to protect endangered species, conserve critical habitats, and promote sustainable environmental practices.
Our mission is to preserve Luxembourg’s unique ecosystems, ensuring that future generations can enjoy its wildlife, forests, wetlands, and meadows. By acquiring and managing nature reserves, La Fondation Hëllef fir d’Natur provides safe havens for vulnerable species like the European otter, wild orchids, and countless migratory birds that rely on these vital habitats.
